About me
My work centers on complex enterprise web applications. I love the moment a dense system transforms into something intuitive and easy to navigate. Working with cross-functional teams around the world helps me align different perspectives to find that clarity.
I advocate for the user through deep empathy and resourceful problem-solving. I find adaptable ways to research real needs under tight constraints. My goal is to guide teams toward confident decisions that actually help people.
I also love sharing what I learn. As an ambassador in my company's global Design Community, I co-led workshops at Hitachi Design Days in Tokyo. Beyond that, I've co-led UX workshops at Women in Tech and IT Manager of Tomorrow. Closer to home, I mentor junior designers and interns. I learned the most from great mentors myself, so being that person for someone else means a lot to me.
